    • SHKP Club members enjoy a guided tour of TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON and leasing privileges*, getting up close and personal with this all-new seafront leasing project

    SHKP Club recently joined hand with TOWNPLACE, the leasing brand under Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) to host a member-exclusive guided tour. Members and their family and friends were led on a visit to the new seafront flagship project, TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON, which adopting an innovative "Aparthotel" concept offering hybrid short- and long-term flexible leasing terms. SHKP Club members also enjoy exclusive leasing privileges* for the project before the end of June in 2024.

    Convenient transportation with stunning views from stylish units

    TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON is located on the seafront of West Kowloon, Hong Kong's core business district, and is only a few minutes' walk from MTR Nam Cheong Station. It is connected to High Speed Rail Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, Hong Kong International Airport and the major business districts in Hong Kong and Kowloon via the rail network. The units are also equipped with 90-degree angle huge glass windows with magnificent views of the Hong Kong landmark Victoria Harbour Gateway (formed by the ifc and ICC) as well as exceptional sea views and bustling city views.

    Diverse amenities and facilities enhance the residential experience

    TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON boasts the TP SOCIAL CLUB for residents (TOWNERS) which covers around 53,000 square feet. SHKP Club members and their family and friends were able to view TP SOCIAL CLUB's wide range of new facilities on the guided tour, including the rooftop "SKYBOUND POOL" with the infinity view of Victoria Harbour, the well-equipped indoor and outdoor gym "BEAST STUDIO" and "MINDFUL", the co-working spaces "THINK TANK", multi-function venues like "HIGH BAR" and "FLAVOUR LOUNGE" and pet-friendly space "FURRY LANE", etc., which showcased the project's hotel-style chic and stylish ambiance, premium residential experience and leisure facilities, and the energetic and dedicated service of the TOWNPLACE Team.

    In addition, TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON thoughtfully provides a pet-friendly living environment, with the PET Elevator running to each floor, while FURRY LANE, situated on the 23rd floor, is a pet-friendly space for pets to run and play freely.
