Designed in a rustic style, the 31-year-history Sabatini Ristorante Italiano at The Royal Garden in Tsim Sha Tsui East, will open a new store on 18 December this year on Level 4, ifc mall (adjacent to Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant) in Central. Led by Italian Chef Marco Antonio Li Voti, the team of chefs will use innovative culinary techniques to introduce a series of signature dishes such as Home-made Cavatelli with Sicilian Red Prawns, Cherry Tomatoes and Parsley and Grilled Australian Lamb Chops with Potatoes Millefoglie and Red Wine Sauce that encapsulate Sabatini's unique culinary culture to guests. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, you can enjoy live music and romantic dining from 7:30pm to 10:30pm at dinner. The Central branch, decorated like the main Sabatini restaurant in Italy, exudes a quaint and elegant Romanesque style, allowing guests to savour delicacies in a pleasant and cosy environment.
