It has been twenty years since the SHKP Club was established in 1996 by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP). We would like to thank all members sincerely for their support and participation, which has taken Club membership from 20,000 to over 350,000 and made it the first and biggest loyalty programme in Hong Kong's property development industry. We are grateful to members for their enthusiastic involvement in making the sweet memories we share. We continue putting the SHKP Building Homes with Heart spirit into practice and offering more attentive service and engaging activities for members, who together can lead to a more loving society. The Club is offering a property-buyer incentive exclusive to Club members along with different member privileges at SHKP hotels and malls for a season of blossoming colour and remarkable experience.

Following the popular Lovey-loving Family comic exhibitions that drew 1.1 million-plus visitors, the Club is introducing a new annual Grateful Love at Home theme beginning with a Grateful Story of My Family competition inviting people to tell of their love for those closest to them in unique ways. We are also expressing our thanks to members by compiling stories and sayings from different Loving Home activities into a special 20th anniversary Loving Home notebook for charity sale, to extend love to different parts of society.
