    Exclusive events enhance members' property experience while digital communication promotes connections

    SHKP Club is committed to providing members with a variety of property-related activities and services, and recently joined forces with Sun Hung Kai Properties' (SHKP) low-density residential development in Tuen Mun to once again organise a property-themed seminar at the show flat venue, which received an enthusiastic response. The event featured experts from different fields who shared practical information and tips on the project's planning and characteristics, guidance on how to prepare for the property purchase process, and mortgage financing options with members and their loved ones to help them understand the advantages of the project and knowledge necessary for property purchase. Additionally, we continue to provide various member show flat visiting activities and privileges. An interactive digital device is used to collect members' feedback on property-purchase and the project to enhance the quality of the Group's properties and services.

    This issue highlights the transportation advantages and vast clubhouse of SHKP's landmark residential property in Tuen Mun, the smart green living and move-in privileges exclusive to members of the low-density luxury residences in the hills of Sha Tin South, the new harbourfront flagship residential leasing project TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON, and the residential portion of Guangzhou South Railway Station ICC named Forest Park.
