    • HEARTY NOTE FROM THE CLUB

    Diverse member activities to enhance the Loving Home life and experience the Group's latest development

    SHKP Club organised the territory-wide "Most Heartfelt Home Moments" Competition under the annual theme of Loving Home Faithfully this year. The competition received an enthusiastic response and collected over 10,000 genuine and heartfelt stories and a number of key points on how to make sincere efforts for loved ones and enhance family relations. At the prize presentation ceremony, the winners were invited to share their thoughts and insights on how to foster connections and cultivate affectionate communication within the family. They, accompanied by their family and friends, seized the opportunity to appreciate the winning works displayed on the onsite digital device and captured moments together at the Loving Home Selfie Station, immersing themselves in the joy of winning the award. Additionally, we recently presented a special property seminar again. Experts were invited to explain the layout advantages as well as investment and property opportunities of Forest Park at Guangzhou South Railway Station ICC under Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP). Furthermore, we arranged for our members and their children to play together at the new entertainment landmark Dino Park at New Town Plaza to promote parent-child interaction.

    SHKP Club continues to provide members with an array of activities to experience SHKP's latest business. The exclusive TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON guided tour will be held on 11 November this year, where members and their loved ones can visit the all-new flagship harbour-side leasing project built using an innovative Aparthotel hybrid concept, with members able to enjoy leasing privileges. Moreover, in order to promote low-carbon lifestyles, some of the organic farm plots at Ma Wan Park have been reserved for members to rent with discounts and enjoy the fun of farming.

    This issue of the newsletter also introduces the property handover of SHKP's landmark residential project at Tuen Mun, along with various shopping rewards and mall events related to Night Vibes at SHKP malls.  In addition, it features a demonstration of Cantonese cuisine from W Hong Kong, together with exclusive dining offers for members, enabling you to share in the taste sensation with your loved ones.
