Forest Park, SHKP's residential portion of Guangzhou South Railway Station ICC, is now open for on-site show flat visits

Sun Hung Kai Properties' (SHKP's) wholly-owned large-scale iconic integrated development Guangzhou South Railway Station ICC has launched the first batch of units of Forest Park, the residential component of the development. The Sales Centre in Guangzhou is now open for public visits upon reservation.

Low density living space blended with nature

Forest Park, comprising a total of 14 residential towers, offers approximately 1,300 units. It is built along the river with units enjoying the benefit of facing south. The project is a low-density premium residential complex in the core area of Guangzhou South Railway Station. Phase 1A, recently put on market, consists of two towers providing a total of 182 premium units. The majority of layouts are from two- to four-bedroom (with en-suites), ranging from approximately 68 square metres (around 730 square feet) to 124 square metres (around 1,335 square feet). Exclusive residents' facilities include a 50-metre outdoor resort-type swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool, banquet rooms, tea room, music room, as well as a professional fitness centre, yoga studio, café bar, children's playground, co-working area, and more, to cater to the different needs of residents.

Excellent transportation and extraordinary clubhouse facilities

Forest Park enjoys the convenience of the transportation network brought by Guangzhou South Railway Station, with 12 railway lines and in which the high speed train can reach Hong Kong West Kowloon StationA in 45 minutes, embracing the transportation advantages of "the one-hour living circle" in The Greater Bay Area. In addition, there are multiple highways connected to Guangzhou South Railway Station and Guangdong's central districts, including the Dongxiaonan Road that will be open by the end of 2024. Residents by then will only need a 15-minute drive to reach the centre of Guangzhou.

Guangzhou South Railway Station ICC integrates offices, a shopping mall, a hotel, residential towers, serviced apartments, and public transport facilities. Residents can not only enjoy high-end commercial and business facilities at any time but can also enjoy the superior natural ecological environment of the development along the riverbank. The surrounding retail facilities are also fully equipped, and there are a number of high-quality primary and secondary schools and educational institutions near the development, providing high-quality education for all ages. Among them, Benenden School Guangzhou is an international school founded by the British century-old private Benenden School, presenting an excellent standard of teaching and learning facilities. There are also many first-rate hospitals close to the Guangzhou South Railway Station community, such as UCLA International Hospital and Guangdong Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital, offering a full range of medical facilities.
