Title and Charity sponsored by Sun Hung Kai Properties, the Hong Kong Cyclothon was successfully held on Sunday 22 October 2023. This event not only united various sectors of the community but also showcased the glamour of Hong Kong to the world. It also helped to promote cycling in the community, support elite cyclists, and position Hong Kong as a centre for major cycling events. Cyclists from cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area were invited to participate in the Men's/Women's Open Races, while a number of top international teams to participate in the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) Class 1.1 Road Race and compete against the Hong Kong Team along Salisbury Road, Mody Road, Science Museum Road and Hung Hom Bypass in Tsim Sha Tsui. Many visitors came along and experienced the thrill of the race up close and cheered on all the riders!
