SHKP has numerous programmes to help young people including sponsorship for the Hong Kong X-Tech Startup Platform that will offer nearly 10,000 square feet of free workspace for new entrepreneurs. X-LAB, the first phase of the Hong Kong X-Tech Startup co-working space, opened with a ceremony last year and the second phase will be operational later this year.
SHKP Executive Director Christopher Kwok told the opening ceremony audience that the company is pleased to support and work with young entrepreneurs on their undertakings so they can make the most of their potential.
The X-LAB co-working space is in Kwun Tong's Infotech Centre. The Hong Kong X-Tech Startup Platform brings together universities, research expertise, private capital and professionals with a fund, research institute and entrepreneurial support. The X-LAB is a key component where young people can get help and guidance from mentors and investors to focus on their journey as the next generation of technology entrepreneurs.
