Phase 2A of University Hill receiving an overwhelming response and Phase 2B is launched

Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) recently launched Phase 2A of University Hill, a new residential development in the CUHK Elite Innovation and Technology Living Community at Pak Shek Kok in Tai Po. Owing to the overwhelming response from the market, Phase 2B residential units are launched.

Perfectly placed for transport network advantages

University Hill embraces three major geographical advantages, including: proximity to the top learning institutions of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and the CUHK Medical Centre and their academic research talents; adjacency to the proposed Hong Kong Science Park/Pak Shek Kok MTR StationA, making it perfectly placed for access to the rail network; adjacency to the soon to be expanded innovation and technology base of the Hong Kong Science Park, allowing it to take full advantage of the opportunities for expansion provided by the innovation and technology hub. Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency General Manager Allen Woo revealed that in order to aid the Development and long-term planning in the region, a bus terminalB,C is expected to be added to Pok Yin Road opposite University Hill when new residents move in. KMB bus route no.900B will then go to and from University Hill and Wan Chai (Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre), and via West Kowloon Highway to the Western Harbour Tunnel interchange, bringing the advantages of an interchange network with fast and direct access to the core business districts of Central and Admiralty. KMB bus route no.82DB will connect to MTR Tai Wai Station, and a minibus standD,C will be added near the Development. The New Territories minibus route no.28S will pass by this stand on its way to Sha Tin Town Centre. Upon moving in next year, residents will be able to take buses and minibuses for commuting, and in the future, they will also be able to enjoy the enormous socio-economic benefits of the railway network. Furthermore, University Hill also improves residents' quality of life through the application of technology. The living room and other rooms of all units are equipped with in-wall Wi-Fi 6 wireless internet system, fibre optic and CAT-6 network linesE, as well as routers and "Smart Station", allowing residents to set up their own personalised smart life.

Diversified residential clubhouse facilities with green measures to create a low-carbon living circle

The Development comes with a twin clubhouse, Club SiliconF, providing a total area of over 170,000 square feet of outdoor gardensG and offering over 40 indoor and outdoor recreational facilities, such as the Outdoor Kids Adventure Play ParkF and Indoor Kids Adventure Play ParkF, Game SpaceF, Children's Water ParkF, and more. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool of around 25 metres in lengthF, a Water Sports AreaF, a 24-hour Active GymF, outdoor Yoga LawnF, indoor Multipurpose Basketball CourtF, Climbing WallF, Get Fit Running TrackF, and more, enough to satisfy all fitness fanatics.

University Hill fully implements the concept of green living and meticulously creates a "Live Well" healthy lifestyle, for example, in the clubhouse, degradable tableware made from environmentally friendly raw materials replaces disposable plastic tableware, and smart recycling bins will be placed around the residential estate to implement waste reduction and resource recycling incentive programs. Royal Elite Service Company Limited (Royal Elite), which is responsible for property management, has set up a dedicated resource sharing platform for the estate, making it easy for residents to reserve and borrow various household goods and electrical appliances, etc., to enjoy the benefits of a green circular economy. Royal Elite has also partnered with the local social enterprise shopping platform "Delicious Express" to provide a variety of self-cooking ingredient packs, soup packs and other ordering services and shopping discountsH to residents of University Hill. In addition, YATA Supermarket will also be opened in Silicon LaneI, which is the diverse shopping area at either side of the Development's Yau King Lane main entrance, so that residents can buy specialty fresh goods, food and groceries to enjoy a life of convenience.
