  • Please send the reservation email to NKGAZ-GCC.Revenue@andaz.com and attach SHKP Club membership card.
  • Offer is not applicable to group booking.
  • Offers is not applicable on special promotion days or public holidays.
  • Guarantee by credit card is required to confirm booking. Any cancellation or amendment must be done 48 hours prior to the arrival (local time 3 pm) to avoid charges.
  • Priority of room upgrade is applicable for “Andaz King” room’s booking upgrade to “Andaz Deluxe King/Twin” room, and “Andaz Deluxe King/Twin” room to “Andaz Deluxe King/Twin with river view” room.
  • All privileges cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash, other product or service.
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
  • SHKP Club membership card must be presented upon arrival or standard rate will be applied.
