The SHKP Club joined hands with the Royal Plaza Hotel to organise a cake-making workshop titled ‘Mother’s Day Sweet Togetherness’ on 12 May (Mother’s Day Eve). The Executive Pastry Chef of the Royal Plaza Hotel, Mr. Roy Chan, taught our participants how to make a blueberry cheesecake filled with love. Participating members did not only acquire practical baking skills, but also had a pleasant family time to prepare a surprise for their mothers.
