This year, the SHKP Club is arranging a wide array of events for members under the theme of 'Love Home, Love Health', including a health plan design competition, expert talks, parent and child fun days, and a series of 'Get Moving!' shopping mall events. The aim is to encourage our members and the general public to pay greater attention to their physical and mental health and thereby add more energy and dynamism into their lives.

In this winter, we will continue to promote healthy living by inviting the Physical Fitness Association of Hong Kong, China to collaborately launch the 'Lovey-loving Family Dance', as well as organise a series of interactive online games to help everyone stay fit and healthy throughout the chilly winter season. Exercise not only has benefits for our mind and body, but it can also be a way for us to help others on a larger scale. Recently over 1,900 Chinese and foreign runners took part in the annual SHKP Vertical Run for Charity – Race at the Hong Kong ICC. This exciting and challenging event raised a considerable sum of money for The Community Chest of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Council of Social Services.

We are also partnering with MOKO and Metroplaza over the festive season to present the SHKP Club Winter Rewards scheme that provides chances for Club members and 'SHKP Cherish Your Family' Facebook page （新地會「珍惜‧愛家人」）followers to win heart-warming gifts through a series of Facebook events. In addition, the previous parking offer at selected SHKP malls has now been extended to Mikiki, making it even easier for SHKP Club members (including members and Star members) to shop in the designated malls. We are also offering Star members the chance to attend the 'Winter Heartwarming Dessert Workshop' at The Royal Garden. Plus, in this issue of Clubnews, we invited the Sous chef from The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong to share some great tips on cooking a Christmas turkey to help you to share the joys of fine holiday dining with your loved ones.

SHKP malls and hotels, sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck, and Noah's Ark Hong Kong have all organised wide ranging Christmas events and special offers that add something truly wonderful to any family get-together. Metroplaza has also just completed an enhancement work. Now this highly popular shopping landmark can welcome visitors in new upgraded style during the festive season – something that has made it the hip gathering place for a new generation of office workers. Don't miss the ICC Light and Music Show, the state-of-the-art Christmas performance that magically appears on the outside walls of Hong Kong's tallest building, the International Commerce Centre (ICC), which will also host the countdown to 2018 on New Year's Eve.

Property incentive programs have always been popular with our members, so this year SHKP is collaborating with six new residential development projects to launch the SHKP Club Member-buyer Incentive Programs. This issue introduces members to the latest large-scale residential development that offers benefits not only from its proximity to two rail lines, but also providing members with dual benefits for the relevant project.
