HEARTY NOTE FROM THE CLUB
SHKP Club is committed to providing members with a variety of property-related activities and services, and recently joined forces with Sun Hung Kai Properties' (SHKP) low-density residential development in Tuen Mun to once again organise a property-themed seminar at the show flat venue, which received an enthusiastic response. The event featured experts from different fields who shared practical information and tips on the project's planning and characteristics, guidance on how to prepare for the property purchase process, and mortgage financing options with members and their loved ones to help them understand the advantages of the project and knowledge necessary for property purchase. Highlights of the seminar have been uploaded to the SHKP website. Please click here to find out more information online. Additionally, we continue to provide various member show flat visiting activities and privileges. An interactive digital device is used to collect members' feedback on property-purchase and the project to enhance the quality of the Group's properties and services.
This issue highlights the transportation advantages and vast clubhouse of SHKP's landmark residential property in Tuen Mun, the smart green living and move-in privileges exclusive to members of the low-density luxury residences in the hills of Sha Tin South, the new harbourfront flagship residential leasing project TOWNPLACE WEST KOWLOON, and the residential portion of Guangzhou South Railway Station ICC named Forest Park. We also bring you a demonstration of European cuisine and member dining offers for The Royal Garden, allowing you and your loved ones to enjoy delectable delights together.
To align with our commitment to environmental protection and digitalising communications, SHKP Club will no longer print and post out the newsletter after this issue.
