HEARTY NOTE FROM THE CLUB

SHKP Club approaching 20 years and celebrating the New Year with 350,000 members

Christmas and New Year are good times to spread love and best wishes. To make the special occasions even more memorable, the SHKP Club continues offering loving home activities and Christmas discounts to members and will stage a Lovey-loving Family True Love Comic Gallery roving exhibition in January 2016, when members and their relatives can take a new loving home journey and learn the new series of Ten Ways to Love from a comical family. During the festive season, members can enjoy privileges at SHKP malls, hotels, the sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck and Noah's Ark Hong Kong, and join our special events and purchase Christmas presents to bring more cheer to the heart-warming times. Meanwhile, you are invited to appreciate the Christmas decorations in SHKP malls and put those touching thoughts in a story and send to the SHKP e-mall – In Love with Christmas contest on the Club's Cherish Your Family facebook page. Those who love to put on a meal for their loved ones should learn from the chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, who explained how to prepare two types of 3D cupcakes. Recipes from the Love Breakfast cooking class are uploaded to the online Loving Home Kitchen so that members can enjoy cooking with family.

The previous Loving Moments with SHKP Club competition drew enthusiastic support from the members, with over 1,000 entries describing participants' family love and giving us a taste of festive warmth. There were additionally SHKP Club Home Maintenance and Greenery Parent-Child workshops with experts teaching members to maintain their wood floors and marble, as well as create miniature bonsai for a relaxing ambience at home. The issue also introduces two new SHKP residential developments. The one in Kam Tin North will allow residents to appreciate the setting and lush greenery with facilities offering the utmost convenience, while the one in Island West will have an advantageous location in a well-established, tranquil urban neighbourhood.

Enthusiasm for sports can help give warmth to the needy. SHKP staged the world-class SHKP Vertical Run for Charity – Race to Hong Kong ICC in December that drew over 1,600 participants, up from 1,200 the previous year. Many runners came with family and joined sports carnival held on the same day. Check out the happy times in this charity sporting event and more enthralling content.
