Good sales continue at Grand Waterfront II in Dongguan

SHKP's Grand Waterfront is a large multi-stage riverside luxury residential project going up in the centre of Shilong in Dongguan. Buyers took possession of some 750 units in the first stage and have praised the construction quality. The second stage has 960 units with functional layouts ranging from 680 to 1,000 square feet with two or three bedrooms and spacious balconies, and it has popular with mainland buyers since it went on the market in June this year.

About 80% of the units will have sweeping river views facing south that residents can enjoy from extra-large balconies. There will additionally be an infinity pool with the river as a backdrop plus a terraced promenade for jogging, along with an English-style garden of nearly 18,000 square metres with about 150 tree and plant varieties plus seasonal flowers.
