Shanghai ifc mall and Beijing apm both had animal-theme promotions recently: beasts of Africa originating half a world away from Hong Kong, and the world of dinosaurs going back in time hundreds of millions of years. Shanghai iapm mall also introduced added a new intelligent car-parking system to make shopping and leisure easier for motorists.
Shanghai ifc mall invited a famous Australian artist Shanti Sparrow meticulously crafted over 16 sculptures of African lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, rhinoceros and more in three zones: Thicket Kaleidoscope, Fascinating Flamingos and Zesty Zebras located in the mall's level one atrium for the Summer Supreme Animal Kingdom Sculpture exhibition. The elegant flamingos are mechanically animated for added fun and a 3-D floor video in the mall for the first time makes shoppers feel as if they are in a real animal kingdom.
iapm mall recently introduced a new intelligent car-park system for the convenience of shoppers who drive. The system recognizes a vehicle's plate number as it enters the car park so the driver doesn't need to wait, and when the customer is leaving they can find their car right away using the search function in iapm mall's WeChat account or Autopay & Car Searching Kiosk in the mall. A ticketless payment function also eliminates waiting to leave. People can follow the iapm mall WeChat account to get a free one-hour parking coupon until 17 September 2017 for total shopping pleasure.
A 13-metre t-rex, five-metre spinosaurus and four-metre triceratops plus dinosaur babies form the Timeless Fighters taking over the Beijing apm level one atrium with their might in the major Dino Wonder Nights exhibit. The creatures are life-like with muscles, skin, teeth and sharp claws, and even blink their eyes and breathe, bringing shoppers in close contact with dinosaur history. There are also fun activities like exotic African tambourine performances and dinosaur flash mob dances on weekends, while can children play archeologists excavating ancient treasures.
Members spending RMB 800 or more at Shanghai ifc mall on 2 and 3 September 2017 can get a limited-edition summer note pad (only 20 available while they last).
