SHKP sponsors independent Make-A-Wish Hong Kong

Make-A-Wish Hong Kong is a foundation committed to fulfilling the wishes of children in Hong Kong and Macau who suffer from life-threatening diseases, and it has finally seen its wish for expansion fulfilled this year through the establishment of its very first exclusive office with the support of SHKP.

Young beneficiaries of the Foundation offer personal art in gratitude

SHKP has always believed in giving back to the community, and after it learned of Make-A-Wish Hong Kong's expansion plan it agreed to fund an exclusive office in Kwun Tong. Foundation Chairperson Professor Rosie Young and Director Clarence Chang accompanied some child beneficiaries of the Foundation and their parents to visit SHKP head office and presented hand-made art as tokens of gratitude to SHKP Chairman and Managing Director Raymond Kwok. Mr Kwok praised the children for their positive attitudes in facing adversity and applauded them for their ability to stay strong and full of positive energy while remaining stoical about suffering from serious illness. Mr Kwok also gave the children materials about environmental protection and inspirational books to encourage them and their families to continue facing life positively.
