SHKP's 70% owned Forest Hills development in Tianhe District in Guangzhou will contain seven blocks of high-end residences and a grade-A office tower. The developer released the first residential units last year to a good response and is following up with a second batch of about 260 units in response to market demand.
The second release of units will mainly have three or four bedrooms from 1,300 to 2,200 square feet, with some 3,200-square-foot special units and 4,800-square-foot duplexes. They will have spectacular views of the garden greenery, clubhouse and swimming pool in front and urban Tianhe North at the back. The special units will also overlook vibrant Tianhe North and Zhujiang Xincheng. There are several show flats that display the superior style of the units.

The project will offer convenient transport connections, being near Dongzhan Square at the origin of Guangzhou's central axis and close to the Guangzhou East rail station where the Beijing-Kowloon Railway, Airport Express, Guangzhou metro lines 1 and 3, Automated People Mover and Bus Rapid Transit system meet.
