A new Café 100 by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong will open in the sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck by the first quarter of 2017.
sky100 has delighted visitors from more than 60 countries since it opened in 2011 with breathtaking 360-degree views of the famous Hong Kong skyline, and the deck’s sky-high dining is a vital component of the experience. Both the interior design and menu of Café 100 by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong will be based on a casual dining concept that perfectly complements sky100’s contemporary and vibrant setting. Peter Find, Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, has designed a range of delectable treats exclusively for the café, including soft serve ice cream made with fresh milk from Hokkaido (with a rich fat content of 8%) and a selection of sweet and savoury French crêpes. Combined with beautiful sunset views from sky100's floor-to-ceiling glass windows, this dining experience is truly something that should not be missed.
