Extensive exterior glass gives PopWalk spectacular views (computer generated)
The first of the PopWalk malls in SHKP's The Wings developments will have a soft opening at the end of July before the grand opening at the end of August. There will be a lineup of celebrations and young families in Tseung Kwan O can look forward to new courtyard-style shopping.
There will be more than 240,000 square feet of retail floor area in the full PopWalk mall in four phases. The first to open will be PopWalk in The Wings II that covers 66,000 square feet with 35 tenants including a fusion BY PARKnSHOP supermarket and the Ming Garden restaurant. Most PopWalk tenants will be in retail and international specialty cuisine – complementing the food and beverage and leisure businesses at PopFood, PopDeli, Park Central and East Point City to provide diverse dining and shopping options for different needs of residents in Tseung Kwan O and tapping the huge spending potential of the area.
PopWalk is near MTR Tseung Kwan O Station and customers will get access to the station via an air conditioned pedestrian bridge. The mall will be closely integrated with the proposed green space so customers can explore the mall and the greenery at leisure for relaxed, comfortable courtyard-style shopping.
