    • SHKP malls offer music for the soul and creative surprises for unforgettable moments

    Music is an important part of life and New Town Plaza is staging a Music Geographic, while Park Central is having a Halloween carnival theme to share the fun with everyone!

    First Music Geographic festival

    New Town Plaza assembled local musicians the City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong, Hong Kong New Music Ensemble, Yat Po Singers and SIU2 to promote the art of music. They set 11 October as international music day for the Music Geographic festival, with outstanding foreign and local art groups putting Chinese and Western music together in interactive performances during October and November to give audiences a relaxing mall atmosphere filled with music. The closing act for the show in November will be an impressive performance by Taiwanese singer A-Lin with world-class violinist Iskandar Widjaja and the City Chamber Orchestra.

    The mall also created four listening devices where customers could choose theme music from different eras to hear on different floors and appreciate the diverse musical styles.

    Presenting a children's magic show

    Park Central will present a spectacular Magic Circus Musical for children this Halloween where everyone can have fun together! The Magic Circus evil master, Deep Ng, turned all the little ballet dancers into circus animals with devil chocolate treats. Luckily, the magician of justice Marco Mario saved the children and set them free! In the Halloween Magic Circus Musical, you will find a perfect match of original music, dance and magic for you and your kids. Don't miss it.

    What's more, there is a Costume King competition on Halloween night. A group of young children will show their creativity and fashion potential by dressing up in funny outfits as elves, devils, witches and other classic roles to compete for the Costume King crown. There will additionally be Trick or Treat with Sweets to Share and Halloween Makeup face painting activities for greater enjoyment this festive Halloween with your kids.
