SHKP is committed to maintaining and enhancing service quality in its shopping malls, and it has well-trained customer care ambassadors to offer shoppers friendly, attentive care. Results from the fifth SHKP Mall Serving with Heart customer care ambassador election to recognize exceptional ambassadors are in.
The election theme was ‘Sincerity, True Feelings, Attentiveness' and nearly 70,000 votes were cast during the two-month poll – up 44% from the last election – showing how much people care about the ambassadors' quality of service. Uptown Plaza got the Best Performing Mall award from the popular vote verified by a mystery-shopper assessment.
The professional service attitude of SHKP customer care ambassadors has won industry recognition in addition to customer appreciation. Ambassador Candy Lo won the Junior Frontline Level – Retail (Services) – Property Management award from the Hong Kong Retail Management Association last year. SHKP will nominate this year's Best Customer Care Ambassadors for the association's 2013 Service & Courtesy election. SHKP will move forward by continuing to pursue ever-higher quality and offer customers a more enjoyable shopping and leisure experience.
