Sing Yin Homemade XO Sauce is a favourite among many customers. SHKP Club specially invited Chef Wong to personally demonstrate cooking Sautéed Sirloin Steak Strips with Wild Mushrooms in Chef's Homemade Sauce, using the aforesaid XO sauce together with Australian wagyu beef steak, king trumpet mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and white beech mushrooms.
