Forest Park at Guangzhou South Station ICC leads the way for quality life

Forest Park, the residential portion of Sun Hung Kai Properties' (SHKP's) wholly-owned large-scale iconic integrated development Guangzhou South Station ICC, enjoys the convenience of the 'one-hour living circle' in the Greater Bay Area, along with abundant facilities and a premium location. Transportation links throughout the country

As the place where Forest Park is located, Guangzhou South Railway Station is a primary railway passenger hub for the country. It has four high-speed rail lines, four intercity lines and four metro lines, making a total of 12 transportation routes providing convenient access to all parts of the country. Coupled with five interconnected expressways, the transportation network forms the 'one-hour living circle', meaning it takes only 15 minutes to reach the centre of Guangzhou, half an hour to reach Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, and a high speed train can reach Hong Kong West Kowloon Station in as little as 45 minutesA. Passengers can shuttle at ease around the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, as well as between major cities across the country. In addition, Guangzhou South Station ICC is a rare new premium integrated development project along the Guangzhou–Shenzhen–Hong Kong High Speed Rail line, providing grade-A offices, a mega shopping mall, a hotel, premium residential units and apartments, and public transport interchange facilities.

Forest Park is a rare low-density premium residential complex in the core area of Guangzhou South Railway Station. The project consists of 14 residential towers built along the river, with units enjoying the benefit of facing south. The majority of layouts in the two towers of the first phase, Phase 1A, are from two- to four-bedroom (with en-suites), and handover for this phase is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
