Music is a source of enjoyment in life and can express feelings. The SHKP Club will hold a Loving Home Music Workshop during the summer holidays, encouraging members to air their feelings to those closest and create harmonious family bonds.
Words and behaviour can convey love among family members but music offers a third way that may produce surprising results. The Loving Home Music Workshop during the school holidays in August will include separate sessions for the ukulele and handbells, with veteran instructors teaching participants how to play. The ukulele is a small guitar with a dainty sound and handbells can resemble the ringing chimes of a clock tower. Members are invited to have a great time playing lovely melodies with their children to enjoy life with music. Each member can bring one guest aged eight or above.
