Le Bonheur, the all-new Phase 5B of The Woodland in Zhongshan, is now on sale with low-density premium residential units available

Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) is launching quality residential units at Le Bonheur, the all-new Phase 5B of The Woodland in Zhongshan, a large-scale low-density project in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area "9+2" municipalities (the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macao, and the nine municipalities of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Zhaoqing in Guangdong Province), allowing buyers to seize the important opportunities brought by the development of the Greater Bay Area in bringing in high-end talents.

A superb transportation network

The Woodland in Zhongshan is located in a prime location in the city centre. Enjoying an array of different ways to travel, residents can travel to Guangzhou South Railway Station via Zhongshan Railway Station or Zhongshan North Railway Station and transfer to the High Speed Rail to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, take the cross-border direct bus to the mainland and Hong Kong, or take the passenger ferry back to Hong Kong from Zhongshan Ferry Terminal, which takes about 90 minutes. Thanks to the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge (the cross-river Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge), which is expected to be completed next year, the time required to travel from Hong Kong to Zhongshan via Shenzhen is greatly reduced, and it is estimated that the drive from Shenzhen Bay to the project will take only about 70 minutes. It will also be very convenient to travel from Xingzhong Station to the project once Guangzhou Metro Line 18 (southward extension) is opened in the future.

Replete with business and community facilities

Phase 5B Le Bonheur, now on sale, is located at the junction of Dongwen Road and Sunwen East Road, and faces the estate clubhouse and a newly constructed residents' garden of about 6,800 square metres (about 73,100 square feet). The facilities include a children's adventure park, outdoor viewing terrace, aroma garden, aqua garden and welcome plaza. The project fronts on to Zimaling Park and Zimaling Zoo, and lies close to the Central Business District in the East District of Zhongshan City. There are many bank headquarters close by, such as ICBC, Postal Savings Bank of China, and China Merchants Bank. There are also shopping malls, Zimaling Comprehensive Market, Zhongshan Sports Center Stadium, Zhongshan Expo Center, kindergartens, Zhongshan Shiqi Central Primary School, Zhongshan City People's Hospital, BOAI Hospital of Zhongshan and other business and living facilities nearby to meet the needs of residents.

Phase 5B Le Bonheur comprises five residential towers with a height of 25 to 30 floors, with layouts of one- to four-bedroom units, ranging from about 62 square metres (667 square feet) to 258 square metres (2,777 square feet), as well as special units to choose from.
