The hotel has recently offered a Wednesday Lobster Night set dinner in the Cruise, the rooftop restaurant and bar, using Boston lobsters as the main theme, while The Farmhouse on its 2nd floor is presenting various lobster dishes in its seafood-themed buffet. In addition, SHKP Club has invited two Chefs de Cuisine from the hotel to demonstrate the making of fine lobster cuisines, so that you can do the same at home and share them with your loved ones. Cruise Restaurant and Bar Lobster Night brings fresh tastes

Cruise, the rooftop restaurant and bar, has a comfortable and spacious interior and elegant outdoor terrace for guests to admire the stunning views of Victoria Harbour whilst enjoying delicacies, or to share drinks and good times with friends on the outdoor terrace. Cruise is offering a Lobster Night set dinner every Wednesday between 5 and 10pm. Guests can choose their mains from one of Singapore Chilli Fried Lobster, Tamarind & Chilli Fried Lobster, Red Curry & Coconut Fried Lobster, or they can pick the Lobster Tom Yum Soup from the à la carte menu.

Brand-new children’s area at The Farmhouse to enrich your delicious buffet experience

Designed to resemble a farmhouse barn, The Farmhouse boasts multiple interactive cooking stations and comfortable seating, as well as additional seating options on its outdoor patio. It has recently added a Kids Club children’s play area, and elevated the buffet experience with dishes such as Lobster Bisque, Lobster Thermidor and Wok-fried Lobster. At weekends, they present Grilled Tiger Prawns in Garlic & Chilli Butter, made-to-order Soft-shelled Crab Laksa Soup Noodles and Beef Wellington with Black Truffle Jus, etc.

The Chef Demo Video is now online and video-watching reward brings exclusive offersB to members

SHKP Club has specifically invited two Chefs de Cuisine from Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong, Choksamritphon Adisak and Bryan Chan, to respectively demonstrate the ways to make Lobster Tom Yum Soup and Wok-fried Lobster, sharing tips on choosing the freshest lobster, adding unique Thai twist to the dish, and how to lock in the juicy goodness of the lobster.
