"The representative from SHKP introduced the project features in detail, which helped me to understand and appreciate what SHKP had in mind when designing the University Hill units, and I also wanted the seminar to teach me about other unit layouts apart from the show flat."

To thank members for their support, member-buyers who purchased a residential property of Phase 2A of University Hill during the period stipulated in the designated price list were entitled to a 1% discount on the sale price of the property^B. When members visited the show flat of Phase 2A of University Hill, they only needed to fill in an online questionnaire using the interactive digital device and successfully complete registration to redeem a HK$100 New Town Plaza gift certificate^C. In addition, SHKP Club also held the SHKP Club Members Show Flat Viewing Lucky Draw^D in the project exhibition hall. Members were able to participate in the lucky draw by completing a simple online survey at the "Show Flat Lucky Draw e-Registry", and had a chance to win a Tai Po Mega Mall gift certificate of HK$18,000^D.

"After I move in, I will take KMB bus route no.900 for commuting, and I hope that more bus routes will be added in the future."

"We bought the unit because we are optimistic about Hong Kong's future property market, and the project having its own 23,000-square-foot mall is also an attractive feature."

"The reasons why University Hill attracted me include: the comprehensive future facilities and development of the project, the proximity to CUHK and Hong Kong Science Park, the provision of 5G smart home equipment in the units, the large scale clubhouse, and the future addition of direct buses to Admiralty and Central, as well as the convenience of getting to Tai Wai."

"The project is located in a low-density community, the environment is excellent, and  there will be an MTR station in the future which will make transportation more convenient. Residents can also shop in supermarkets and convenience stores near the development to meet most of the living needs."

"I heard that the development was close to the CUHK campus. I went to see the place first-hand and just happened to meet CUHK students and teachers, which I thought was quite meaningful."
