    • Grand Waterfront's Phase 1B in Dongguan is putting the completed flats up for sale, allowing residents to enjoy the bustling city and the beautiful scenery of the Dongjiang River

    Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) is now selling completed flats of Phase 1B of Grand Waterfront, its wholly-owned, large-scale residential development in Dongguan, within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Buyers can visit in person, buy, and move in immediately to enjoy life by the water and the picturesque riverside views.

    Riverside living like life by the sea

    The large-scale riverside residential development Grand Waterfront, consisting of 25 high-rise condominiums along the river and 30 low-density residential towers, is located adjacent to the Dongjiang River promenade found just to the east of the development. Grand Waterfront is currently selling Phase 1B, consisting of six high-rise condominiums along the river, offering two- to four-bedroom units ranging from approximately 65 square metres to 120 square metres (around 700 square feet to 1,290 square feet). The community facilities of the development are well-equipped, such as a commercial shopping street to meet residents' every need for dining and leisure, kindergartens, and a terraced waterfront promenade for jogging. Transport links are well developed, taking only about 70 minutes* to travel between Dongguan Station near Grand Waterfront and the High Speed Rail Hong Kong West Kowloon Station. Stations served along the way include Futian, Shenzhenbei, Guangmingcheng, Humen, Qingsheng, Dongguannan, and Changping, with connections to Guangzhou South Railway Station and Guangzhou East Railway Station. Such fantastic transport links allow Grand Waterfront residents to make the most of the development opportunities brought by the construction of the comprehensive transportation network in the Greater Bay Area.
