SHKP Club will organise the NOVO LAND Signature Nordic Dessert-making Workshop, for which it has invited star-class NOVO Chef Mabel Ho, who designed the special Nordic Menu^ for the residents' clubhouse restaurant at NOVO LAND, to serve as instructor. Star members are invited to bring along their loved ones to make for their families the Cinnamon Apple Cake, a loving dessert that combines natural fresh ingredients and nutritious elements, under Mabel's demonstration and guidance, to learn baking skills and experience a taste of Nordic good health and happiness.
