An open competition and workshops held to spread the Happy Journey lifestyle concept

The Development launched the NOVO LAND x A Happy Journey Art Creation Competition earlier promoting a Nordic-style happy living lifestyle. Apart from the Student Category and Open Category, there is an SHKP Club Category specially for members to present the Loving Home spirit and joyful family life with their exceptional paintings. It also co-organised the NOVO LAND x A Happy Journey Creative Art Jamming Workshop with SHKP Club. Under the guidance of the painting instructors, SHKP Club members and their loved ones learned the skills of acrylic painting, unleashed their creativity and imagination, and created unique paintings featuring a little girl, the NOVO LAND Smart Partner and elements of transportation to show NOVO LAND's concept of the happy Nordic-style of wellness living. Besides enjoying the fun of painting, participants were also able to submit their works onsite to participate the competition. NOVO LAND x A Happy Journey Art Creation Competition's judging panel is composed of Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency General Manager Andy Chan, SHKP Club Managing Director Winnie Tse, NOVO LAND Artistic Director and Curator Lam Yuk-fai, and artist Jane Lee aka Messy Desk, to select the four great works that best expressed the idea of "At NOVO LAND, a happy journey never ends!"   • Student Category Grand Prize winner Lai Chi-yau took the theme of Wonderful World and used various colours to depict how NOVO LAND brings novelty to residents.

  • Open Category Grand Prize winner Waverly Wong was deeply impressed by the project's resort residential garden clubhouse NOVO ResortsG, which has water recreational facilities covering a total area of approximately 32,000 square feet, and painted The Sunset Hour, featuring a little girl and the NOVO LAND Smart Partner enjoying the views of the six different pools against the setting sun.

  • Open Category Creative Award winner Chan Tsz-ki used her creative idea NOVO Tunnel to record the little girl's journey as she traversed the "zero gravity tunnel" to reach NOVO LAND, where she then embarks on a happy journey with the NOVO LAND Smart Partner.

Awarded triple international wellness building certificationsH and creating a shared art community to ignite kids' creativity

NThe clubhouse for the whole Development includes a residential clubhouse (including any covered recreational facilities or otherwise for residents' use) with an area of about 59,600 square feet and a communal garden or play area (covered or otherwise) with an area of about 338,000 square feet, located at the lowest floor of the buildings of the Phase or below for residents' use (whether referred to as covered and landscaped playground or by other names).

OThe above-mentioned driving time was evaluated on 27 April 2022 by a field test conducted with a private car, which started at Yan Po Road route outside the NOVO LAND project and ended at the pickup/drop off point at MTR Siu Hong Station in Tuen Mun. PThe above-mentioned driving time was evaluated on 3 February 2023 by a field test conducted with a cross border coach arranged by Eternal East Tours Company Limited, which started from the entrance of NOVO LAND Development located at Yan Po Road and arrived at the pickup/drop off point of cross-border coach at Shenzhen Bay Port. The test drive is for reference only and the actual travelling time required may vary depending on factors such as the car, road conditions, traffic, weather, route taken, etc. The actual travelling time and route taken by cross border transport services to be planned by Eternal East Tours Company Limited may also vary with the travelling time and test route.
