Cakeology, the dessert brand of Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East, situated above MTR Tseung Kwan O Station, recently launched a new range of cakes and desserts, which are freshly made every day. The Chef's Table, one of the hotel's restaurants, is also providing a selection of delicious buffet dishes, with fantastic dining offers* for SHKP Club members.
Cakeology, managed by Pastry Chef Sing Chow, is now available online with various exquisite desserts. Chocolate Double Cheesecake is highly recommended, made of Hokkaido Luxe cream cheese and Valrhona 72% chocolate from France, a cake looks superbly elegant and tastes sumptuous and smooth. Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East has also launched a one-stop eShop for its western restaurants The Chef's Table and Cielo, as well as its Chinese restaurant Tze Yuet Heen, so that guests can buy buffet lunch/dinner, special desserts and Chinese set meals with limited offers in one go. The Chef's Table recently presented the Nippon Fest Tea Buffet, allowing you to taste all manner of delicious dishes such as Japanese Style Eel Hot Dog, Crayfish and Flying Fish Roe Soft Bun, Okonomiyaki, Giant Grape with Bird's Nest Jelly, and Netted Melon Cheese Mousse Cake. In this issue, SHKP Club specially invited Chef Chow to demonstrate how to make Strawberry Panna Cotta, a buffet dessert made with Japanese strawberries, and white chocolate decorations to create a stunning finish.
