The Royal Garden near MTR Tsim Sha Tsui East Station attracts famous restaurants from all around the world to open branches in Hong Kong. For this issue, SHKP Club invited the Head Chef from Le Soleil, Chef Linh, to give a demonstration of a classic Vietnamese dish so that you can make it yourself. Le Soleil is designed in a sophisticated and elegant European style, with a graceful and luxurious dining environment. Many of the hand-painted oil paintings on the walls offer glimpses of the customs of Vietnamese street life, and the restaurant's water fountain provides yet another photo hotspot. Simply sit in the alfresco seating area and admire the gentle ascending and descending of the glass-walled lifts that bore witness to Hong Kong's golden years in the 1980s. Soak in the unique atmosphere of the Sky Garden and relax in this tranquil paradise. Chef Linh says that because of the fantastic variety of Vietnamese seafood, she selects sea shrimp, scallops and squid to be served with a delicious filling made from pork neck, complemented by the 40°N fish sauce as a delicious dip — the Pan-fried Seafood Crepes that exemplifies the restaurant's style.
