    Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong’s buffet restaurant The Farmhouse is dedicated to the concept of "Farm-to-Table" and offers delicious cuisines made from fresh ingredients. SHKP Club members can enjoy a buffet dinner offer* at The Farmhouse until the end of September this year.

    Uniquely decorated with simple and natural decor

    The Farmhouse is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel's West Tower and is designed around the theme of warm wooden interiors. Wooden folding screens by the window seating integrate beautifully with views of Victoria Harbour, while the vintage ceiling fans and artistic decorations make The Farmhouse a favourite selfie hotspot for customers. Stylish yet intimate, The Farmhouse is a relaxed dining space where guests can enjoy alfresco drinks with loved ones or indulge in delicious food for family gatherings and business meals.

    Italian cuisine cooking demo is now available online

    The Farmhouse offers a "Farm-to-Table" international buffet, offering diners a fresh, seasonal and sustainable culinary experience. SHKP Club has invited Chef de Cuisine of The Farmhouse, Bryan Chan, to demonstrate a wholesome and authentic tomato-sauce based Italian dish "Linguine" for our members and share his culinary top-tips.
