    The health and safety of guests and staff are of the utmost priority to Signature Homes. Staff members are vaccinated against COVID-19 and have to take rapid antigen tests every day before work. All public facilities are sanitised regularly. The HarbourView Place has installed air purifiers in common areas, with more frequent cleaning of hotel ventilation systems. All suites are fully disinfected with UV light prior to the check-in date to safeguard the health of guests. 1:99 bleach solution is regularly added to the drainage systems to ensure a clean and sanitary living environment. Signature Homes offers attentive services, including "A new and safe WFH option" at Four Seasons Place and "Work Space/Work Safe"at The HarbourView Place and Vega Suites. All suites feature a fully-equipped kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, flexible room cleaning services and 24-hour concierge service, speedy Wi-Fi and printing services to cater the needs for guests to work from home.
