SmarTone supports customers undergoing mandatory quarantine(2) with 100GB free local data(1), with selected customers(3) getting free Home 5G Broadband service delivered straight to their quarantine centre

SmarTone, a subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP), always cares about customers' needs. Recently, in response to the pandemic, additional local data and local voice minutes1 have been allocated for customers who are required to undergo mandatory quarantine at specific quarantine centres or targeted lockdown buildings2. Free Home 5G Broadband service has also been arranged for selected customers3 who need to undergo mandatory quarantine at Penny's Bay Quarantine Centre (PBQC). With the nearly full 5G coverage in Hong Kong, SmarTone keeps customers connected with friends and family during the quarantine period.

Considerate support for customers

SmarTone mobile monthly plan customers who have to undergo mandatory quarantine at specific quarantine centres or targeted lockdown buildings2 will only need to provide designated proof of quarantine for verification to receive an extra 100GB of free local data and unlimited local voice minutes1. Selected customers3 who are required to undergo mandatory quarantine at PBQC also only need to provide designated proof of quarantine for verification to receive 30-day free SmarTone Home 5G Broadband service plus 5G Wi-Fi 6 router4 delivered straight to PBQC. This enables customers to easily stay in touch with their families using their mobile phones, or keep browsing, streaming and working with Wi-Fi 6 ultra-high speed internet access.
