A diverse array of Japanese flavours

Sakurada Japanese Restaurant at the hotel assembles traditional and innovative Japanese cuisines. It brings customers a rich selection of takeaway and delivery choices, such as Grilled Beef Tongue and Asparagus with Rice and Japanese Scrambled Eggs and Eel with Rice. Teppanyaki, sashimi, sushi and different Japanese sets are also available for dine-in. The restaurant has recently launched a number of Yonezawa A5 Wagyu Beef Sets using one of Japan's top three Wagyu beef varieties. The chef brings out Yonezawa A5 Wagyu beef in the form of sashimi, cubes or slices, which gives off an irresistible aroma and a tender texture, accompanied by live Australian abalone or Boston lobster to accentuate the delicious taste. The restaurant's latest Hana‧Mizu‧Tsuki Japanese Sets also bring together premium ingredients such as Japanese A3 Wagyu beef, tuna belly and Taraba crab leg to give customers a taste of diversified Japanese flavours.
