    • Tai Po Mega Mall presents the first D-BOX cinema in the North East New Territories

    Tai Po Mega Mall, a large flagship shopping mall under Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP), introduces GH Tai Po that boasts 15,000 square feet. It is the first D-BOX cinema in the North East New Territories, and the first cinema in Tai Po district in 20 years, becoming the latest entertainment and recreation hotspot.

    Endless grand opening rewards brought by Tai Po Mega Mall and GH Tai Po

    Inspired by the natural beauty and outdoor activities in the area, the design of the new GH Tai Po features a space-age dome theme in the cinema lobby, giving customers a unique glamping experience. GH Tai Po has four theatres, each with its own themed design, including Snow Mountains, Sunset Desert, Tropical Rainforest and Northern Lights, two of which are incorporated with 4K projectors, and another equipped with D-BOX dynamic seating, which can move in concert with the movie action and screen images to give movie fans an enhanced viewing experience. Tai Po Mega Mall and Golden Harvest Cinemas have jointly launched an array of opening rewards, including the Movie, Dining & Parking promotionA, Family Fun with 50% offA, the Private Cinema for Super FansA and the limited-edition Grand Opening rewardA. Customers are able to enjoy one-stop shopping, movie watching and dining.

    Christmas Art Jam Playground full of creativity and fun

    Tai Po Mega Mall partners up with the famous English graffiti artist Jon Burgerman this Christmas to create the Christmas Art Jam Playground interactive installation spanning 1,500 square feet in the mall atrium, complete with the five major attractions of a Christmas tree covered with a 15-foot giant Pizza, a carousel selfie spot, the Christmas Capsule Cottage, the Dynamic Art Gallery and the Graffiti Selfie Wall. A limited-time Christmas Gourmet Market offers a selection of festive gift boxes, Christmas desserts, and wine. By redeeming points on designated days, The Point by SHKP members can participate in the Christmas STEAM Academy - DIY handcrafted gifts to make 3D printed Christmas decorations and other festive gifts. Additionally, The Point by SHKP members can redeem a colourful calendar with designated pointsB.
