The Sun Hung Kai Properties Hong Kong 10K Championships, sponsored by SHKP, have concluded with success, attracting around 1,500 runners. This was a comparatively large-scale in-person running event open to public in accordance with anti-pandemic measures. Participants were able to enjoy the all-but-forgotten fun of running, while the race encouraged everyone to continue the healthy life style, as well as establishing an important precedent for Hong Kong to resume in-person competitions. The race was held near Hong Kong Wetland Park at Tin Shui Wai. The event organiser had implemented a series of anti-pandemic precautions to protect runners, including the requirements of completing two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine 14 days before the race and a COVID-19 test before participating in the event. Despite the additional anti-pandemic arrangements, the runners performed fantastically during the race.
SHKP Reading Club recently brought together two community events to bring "Read to Dream" 2021 to a perfect end, including the drama show and small-scale book crossing event in collaboration with Tai Po Youths Association, and the walking tour in Tai O with the Federation of New Territories Youth Foundation. Both events lead secondary and primary school students to extend their enjoyment of reading by watching dramas adapted from fiction, and explore the landscape of waterfront fishing villages with good books. This year, the "Read to Dream" programme was extended throughout the whole summer holiday. In addition to physical events, the Read for More online reading platform broadcast the Happy Reading video clips of talks given by celebrities and student ambassadors. More than a thousand secondary and primary school students were also provided with allowances to buy books and admission tickets to the Hong Kong Book Fair, helping them to purchase whatever reading materials they wished and stimulating young people's interest in reading. SHKP Reading Club will continue to actively bring the "Read to Dream" ethos to the community in order to benefit more young people.

SHKP-Kwoks' Foundation has been working with Southwest University, Southeast University, Chongqing University, Nanjing University, Peking University, Hunan University and Tianjin University, sending souvenirs to the funded fresh graduates to congratulate them on their successful graduation. The souvenirs are both thoughtful and practical, for example, Tianjin University's is a personal seal and signature pen, while Southwest University's is a vacuum flask and stationery set which the graduates can use to write about their wonderful experience at university, and feel the blessings and care of both the Foundation and their alma mater.
