The brand-new bar ARGO at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong presents its signature cocktail and delicacy demo

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, located atop MTR Hong Kong Station, has recently completed renovations covering 399 rooms and suites, the lobby area, the cocktail bar ARGO and the lobby café Gallery, which brings guests a completely refreshing dining and accommodation experience.

Stylish and luxurious accommodation providing diverse activities dedicated for guests

The newly designed rooms and suites at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong mix classic Chinese design with stylish taste, including the decorative elements of traditional Chinese landscape paintings added to the wardrobe doors, and Chinese tea sets and modern hanging decorations in the rooms. Each renovated room is equipped with advanced facilities such as the smart control system that enhances guests' stay by allowing them to set the ambience of the space to perfectly suit their mood. The hotel's Bed and Breakfast staycation package enables guests to stay in newly renovated Deluxe Rooms, enjoy a hearty breakfast at ARGO or The Lounge, and participate in a number of activities designed for guests at their own expense during their stay. There are also child-friendly activities where kids can learn to mix fruit mocktails, cook French Chicken Cordon Bleu, and more. This makes the holiday with your children even more enjoyable.

Demonstration video is now online

The innovative cocktail bar ARGO, with its neoclassical design and artistic flair, takes its inspiration from a conservatory. The central bar, set against the backdrop of Victoria Harbour, stands with a giant cylindrical cabinet in diameter of around 2.1 metres comprising 136 cylinders. The beauty of the great outdoors is seamlessly blended with the bar's elegant indoor layout. ARGO serves breakfast and lunch buffet during the day, and is an ideal spot for cocktails in the evening. The Natura Insects decoration at The Glass Room, ARGO's private room, displays different scenes of the past, present and future, echoing the 12 limited-time cocktails of ARGO's debut cocktail menu named Here Today, Gone Tomorrow. SHKP Club has specially invited Lorenzo Antinori, Beverage Ambassador of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in the Asia Pacific region and Beverage Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, to demonstrate how to prepare the unique citrusy and aromatic Breakfast Fizz cocktail, and explain the features of the ingredients. We have also invited Gary Chan, Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, and his team to show the ways to cook the signature ARGO Burger. He shares the exquisite taste of the potato bread baked by the hotel's own bakery team, and provides tips for creating a great burger patty. Please click here to watch the demo. You can then make the drink and delicacy at home, and share the delicious flavours with your loved ones.
