    Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) and SmarTone collaborate to bring high-quality 5G network experience to eleven SHKP hotels, enhancing the hospitality experience. The hotels include Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, W Hong Kong, Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong, The Royal Garden, Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel, ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL, Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East and Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Kowloon East. During the promotion period, new subscribing SmarTone customers can enjoy a luxurious "Extravagant Hotel Staycation"* as well as other enticing privileges*.

    Smart interactive experiences to enhance your stay

    SmarTone's professional Enterprise Solutions Team develops business solutions to address operational pain points and to promote digitalisation. SHKP is a forward-thinking organisation, and is utilising the opportunities presented by Hong Kong's ongoing transformation into a Smart City. Since 2019, SHKP has collaborated with SmarTone, introducing tailor-made Smart Hotel solutions at ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL in Shatin to enable guests to enjoy a smooth and seamless stay. This has included setting up a smart Self-check-in Kiosk to simplify the check-in procedure, and the introduction of a dedicated mobile app where guests can reserve hotel facilities and services during their stay. Guests can also use the In-room Smart Tablet Control Console to control the room temperature, lighting, and TV. There is a Digital Concierge in the hotel lobby providing information for guests, such as travel suggestions. Guests can download maps via scanning a QR code with their smartphone. W Hong Kong has also come together with SmarTone to present a 5G Robot that is coupled with AI and Chatbot technology. The robot can respond quickly to guests' enquiries by connecting to the Cloud, and can sing songs and engage in interesting interactions with guests creating an unforgettable experience for guests during their stay. In addition, ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL, W Hong Kong and The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong all offer Smart Mobile Key functions that allow access to guest rooms via guests' mobile devices for added convenience.

    SHKP has partnered with SmarTone to launch the "Extravagant Hotel Staycation" offer*, enabling more citizens to enjoy a faster, stabler, and smoother 5G network experience.
