Grand Waterfront is Sun Hung Kai Properties' (SHKP) first wholly-owned, large-scale riverside luxury residential development in Dongguan, within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The Development sits adjacent to Dongguan Station on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway, providing convenient travel between Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
