    • TOWNPLACE - the new residential leasing brand refining "Home" for millennials in their quest for "The Ownly Place"

    Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) has adopted a forward-looking strategy in development. It recently launched a brand-new residential leasing brand namely TOWNPLACE to connect millennials and young professionals who value autonomy and flexibility. With flexi-leasing options, a Duo Social Space that caters to every need, prime locations, inviting design, as well as understated smart home devices, residents can build a highly personalised "home" space and community.
