SHKP malls have lined up a series of activities to welcome the World Cup so that everyone in Hong Kong can join in the festive and jovial atmosphere when soccer fever hits town!

Catch soccer matches all night long at apm

In keeping with the tradition of watching football through the night that apm helped to promote, the mall presents 'Good morning, apm!, Wake up to watch football matches' and lives broadcast all football matches . The highlight of the activity is undoubtedly the massive high-definition (HD) LED screen. This together with other HD TVs located at different places in the mall would ensure that shoppers do not miss out on the action while shopping. Rare Brazilian animals exhibition, live broadcast viewing parties would also be organized at apm, while the renowned veteran Ruud Gullit has been invited to conduct a soccer training workshop. A first football art exhibition is also held in collaboration with world-renowned pop artist Romero Britto, and 'wake-me-up' breakfast sets would be served too. All these activities are to meet the various needs of soccer fans.

Intergalactic soccer encounters at wtc more

wtc more is teaming up with popular Taiwanese idol, Jiro Wang, to provide you an intergalactic soccer experience. Under the lead of Robot M JO which has transformed into an Intergalactic Soccer Team, shoppers would fly across soccer grounds before entering the Intergalactic Fantasy Football Base. Neon lights of different colours create a science-fiction like atmosphere at the base, and a spaceship hanging 20 feet above the ground is one of the highlights. Shoppers would feel that they are transported to outer space. Time-limited products designed by Jiro Wang would also be made available at the base so that you can purchase some fashionable World Cup paraphernalia.

Live coverage of World Cup by V city

Targeting the young audience, V city will provide live coverage of all matches during the entire World Cup period, so that fans can enjoy watching world renowned football stars compete in this grand football event via the 260-inch high-definition TV broadcast. V city also invited a group of zealous World Cup fans to share their treasures such as World Cup memorabilia over the years, including a jersey signed by Frank Lampard, who is currently serving in Chelsea and as a midfielder in the England team this year, a jersey signed by the former England captain John Terry, World Cup albums from 1986 and 1990, etc. These will be on public display in the V city MTR level atrium at the 'World Cup Memorabilia through the Years' exhibition, which will surely be an eye opener for football fans.
