The SHKP Malls integrated loyalty programme – "The Point by SHKP" adopts a golden dot as its logo, representing the connectivity and cohesiveness between SHKP's shopping malls, which have come together to allow customers to enjoy exclusive and upgraded offers. The "SHKP Malls" mobile app has also simultaneously launched a brand-new logo.

To celebrate the official launch of "The Point by SHKP", SHKP is rolling out a series of limited time privileges1, including: 500 welcome bonus points, extra 25,000 bonus points for designated spending at SmarTone stores and up to a 5% redemption rate for fabulous limited time gifts. There is also an "SHKP Malls integrated loyalty programme – The Point 2-tier Lucky Draw" with grand prizes valued at over HK$1.5 million2. During the promotional period1, members can also participate in a daily "Instant Lucky Draw"2 free of charge, for the chance to win merchant's cash coupons. In addition, members making qualifying electronic spending (HK$300 or above) can enter the "Grand Lucky Draw"2 for the opportunity to win an Audi Q5 45 TFSI quattro, a SmarTone Mobile Data and Broadband Package, round-trip flight tickets to London, Osaka or Taipei for two, or electronic gadgets and electronic appliances.

Cross-mall spending – turn your points into rewards

In order to participate in the "SHKP Malls integrated loyalty programme – The Point by SHKP", you only need to download the "SHKP Malls" mobile app, or follow the official WeChat account, or register at The Point's website (www.thepoint.com.hk). Participants must be aged 11 or above. Members can transfer their existing VIP Club memberships and points4 from the 14 participating SHKP malls3 to their The Point account for an integrated points system that will enable them to enjoy offers at up to 500 merchants and enjoy double points on purchases made on the first day of their birthday month! The Point members can use their points to redeem SHKP Mall e-Gift Certificates that can be used at over 700 merchants, or redeem free gifts at participating malls3 from time to time. Drivers can also choose to redeem their points for parking offers.

As a member of The Point, you can easily register your points by the self-registration function using the "SHKP Malls" mobile app or official WeChat account, within 14 days of the date of purchase. These points can then be used for gift redemptions, year-round privileges and VIP parking. VIP parking is equipped with Hong Kong's first-ever Contactless Parking Service5. Members once pre-register and verify their car plate number and Octopus Card or credit card number6, they can then enjoy the totally automated, time and effort-saving contactless parking service at participating SHKP Mall car parks6.

  4. VIP Club membership and bonus point balance migrations of Metroplaza, MOKO, New Town Plaza, Tsuen Wan Plaza, V city and YOHO MALL ended on 31 March 2019.

  5. Contactless Parking Service is currently available at MOKO, Park Central, V city and WTC. Use of credit cards is not accepted for entrance and payments at MOKO and Park Central for the time being. If there is any change, the latest notice shall prevail.

  6. Members of The Point can use either credit cards (only applicable to V city and WTC) or Octopus Cards to pay for the car parking fee before leaving.
