Hotel VIC on the Harbour presents creative cuisine, offering guests a 180-degree fascinating seaview

Upon the opening of Hotel VIC on the Harbour on the waterfront in Hong Kong Island, Cruise (the rooftop restaurant and bar), The Farmhouse (an all-day dining restaurant located on the 2nd floor) and The Farmhouse Deli will be in service, bringing wonderful dining experiences to Hong Kong people and to visitors from all over the world—and offering a variety of great flavours and aromas.

Hotel VIC on the Harbour has been designed by three famous design companies, while restaurants are designed by AFSO. Located on the 23rd floor, the rooftop of the hotel, Cruise's urban personality is also enhanced by a bold mud orange gloss lacquer ceiling, layers of cruise-line inspired brass screens. The ambiance is elegant, and the restaurant is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a panoramic view of the Kowloon Peninsula and Kai Tak Cruise Terminal and an extensive roof lounge terrace that features exotic plantations. Guests can choose from a variety of snacks and cocktails outdoors, or enjoy a candlelight dinner under the stars. A wide selection of dishes including seafood platters, fresh oysters and dried T-bone steaks are available.

Inspired to captivate the spirit of an authentic farm cottage, the Farmhouse is an all-day international dining venue, located on 2nd floor to offer scrumptious buffets and international cuisine. The dining room features an extensive use of walnut timber and a vibrant mix of aubergine purple and olive green, guests will be mesmerized by the authentically-inspired character of the dining room. The indoor dining area can accommodate about 210 guests, offering a sense of space, whilst the outdoor garden dining area allows guests to enjoy the afternoon sun and the city's skyline in a comfortable environment. The restaurant also features a dramatic open kitchen where live cooking preparation is celebrated. Adjoining the restaurant is The Farmhouse Deli where a mouth-watering selection of freshly-made pastries and cakes complement our special house-brewed coffee or a wide range of teas.

The recipes of all the restaurants have been created by the Executive Chef, Daniel Chan, who has worked in five-star hotels for nearly 30 years. Chef Daniel selects seasonal ingredients from around the world, and combines them with different cooking experiences and techniques, to bring out a wide range of taste surprises.
