Forest Park, located in Guangzhou, the core city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, is a scarce purely residential project within the master plan of Guangzhou South Station (GZSS). It is only about 400 metres away from the Station, and residents can reach it within 5 minutes by using the dedicated shuttle bus service.

Being the "Southern Gateway" of China, GZSS enjoys the benefit of 12 railway lines and five expressways for the new lifestyle of "one-hour living circle" in the Greater Bay Area. By taking the high-speed train, it takes a minimum of 45 minutes B to directly reach West Kowloon in Hong Kong and 30 minutes to reach other core business districts in Guangzhou. With the completion of more expressways and railways, the journey time to other business districts such as Zhujiang New Town and Changlong-Wanbo will be greatly shortened. Residents also have the option to take a shuttle bus between GZSS ICC and Forest Park, making it extra convenient to get around.

Rare low-density residences expected available in the first quarter of 2025

In 2021, SHKP acquired the development planning for the core areas at GZSS. Such integrated development comprises offices, a shopping mall, a hotel, serviced apartments, residential towers and public transport facilities, constituting a world-class, large-scale Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), and was named Guangzhou South Station ICC (GZSS ICC). This will bring new transit, working, shopping and living experiences to GZSS. Forest Park is a rare residential portion of the whole development with a total of approximately 1,300 units. The first batch of residential units is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
