Sun Hung Kai Properties' (SHKP's) new eye-catching regional landmark and the largest private residential project in Tuen MunA, launched the NOVO LAND x A Happy Journey Art Creation Competition earlier promoting a Nordic-style happy living lifestyle. Apart from Student Category and Open Category, there is an SHKP Club Category specially for members to present the Loving Home spirit and joyful family life with ingenious paintings.
The competition's judging panel is composed of Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency General Manager Andy Chan, SHKP Club Managing Director Winnie Tse, NOVO LAND Artistic Director and Curator Lam Yuk-fai, and artist Jane Lee aka Messy Desk, to select the great works that best expressed the idea of "At NOVO LAND, a happy journey never ends!" SHKP Club Member Category Grand Prize winner Chan Shu-nga took a treehouse, representing joy and hope from a picture book, to NOVO LAND, realising the dream of kids and kidults living a carefree and joyful family life together in the work entitled Fairy Tale Home and reflecting the Loving Home Spirit.
SHKP Club and the Development also co-organised the NOVO LAND x A Happy Journey Creative Art Jamming Workshop. Under the guidance of the painting instructors, members and their loved ones learned the skills of acrylic painting, unleashed their creativity and imagination, and created unique paintings featuring a little girl, the NOVO LAND Smart Partner and elements of transportation to show NOVO LAND's concept of the happy Nordic-style of wellness living. Besides enjoying the fun of painting, participants were also able to submit their works onsite to participate in the NOVO LAND x A Happy Journey Art Creation Competition.
