Members and their loved ones kicked off the festive season with the member-exclusive bartending workshop at J's Bar Bistro

SHKP Club recently hosted the Joyful Bartending Workshop for Star Members at J's Bar Bistro at The Royal Garden, and members responded enthusiastically to the event. Food & Beverage Manager and Vice President of the Hong Kong Bartenders Association, Enrico Ho, explained and demonstrated a variety of cocktail mixing techniques and shared his insights on food pairing with different drinks. Under Enrico's guidance, members and their loved ones brought out the spirit of Loving Home Learning Together to prepare two signature alcoholic drinks, Whiskey Sour and French 75, which they drank while enjoying the bar's delicious food to kick the festive season off to an early start.

To allow our members to increase their cocktail knowledge and learn about cocktail-mixing techniques, we have specially recorded the bartending tutorial.
