The Lake Dragon is a luxury villa project in northern Guangzhou by SHKP. Over a hundred detached villas with views of the golf course in the first phase of Villa Charlotta sold out quickly. Riverfront villas were recently put on the market. The SHKP Club arranged for nearly 400 members and their families to visit the show houses.
The Club also held a seminar for the members on the trend of Hong Kong people buying property on the mainland, with a professional talking about mortgaging and other legal matters. Over 80% of the members said that the development's comprehensive planning, practical layout and wonderful views matched their expectation for a dream carefree lifestyle.
